Shipping Information

 

Dutchcollar uses UPS as primairy shipping service. Unless the customer wants a diffrent shipping company we do not offer one. our webshop is UPS only. the shipping rates depend on where on the globe you are located but an indication can be found below.

The netherlands ups saver— €12,5 flat rate

Europe  ups saver— €25 to 40 flat rate
USA ups express saver — €25 flat rate
Rest of the world– € 40+ flat rate

Shipping times

The netherlands

Shipping to the netherlands will take up to 2 days with ups standard or 24 hours with UPS express saver. Note that the shipping times are EXCLUSIVE production time

(West) Europe

For europe the shipping time is 3 to 6 days with UPS standard, or 2-3 days with UPS express saver. Note that the shipping times are EXCLUSIVE production time

USA

shipping to the USA takes 2-3 days with UPS express saver. UPS standard is not available for america. Note that shipping times are EXCLUSIVE production time.

Rest of the world

Depending on the location it can take 4 up to 14 days for your order to arive. UPS express is not an opition for webshop orders to the world. However with email orders it's possible to get express safer

Easy Returns & Exchanges

Our policy lasts for 14 days after the delivery date. On expiry of this period, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange. Please keep in mind that some products cannot be returned to start with.

To be eligible for a return; Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging.

Some types of products are exempt from being returned. Any product that is delivered in a sealed plastic back cannot be returned when the back is opened. (this due hygienic reasons). Damaged goods will not be accepted. Any software cannot be returned. Any customised products, including but not limited to embroidery, etching, text on the product or special features. Lithium tech batteries cannot be returned if they have been removed from the package. Furthermore, if the lithium battery is damaged, you should NOT ship the batteries. Contact us for more information.

For you to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. This can be our invoice or transaction receipt.

Some situations where only partial refunds are granted:
When the products have signs of use or are damaged in any case that is not our error. Any item that is returned after the 14 day period. For not Dutch customers, shipping costs will not be refunded.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned items. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, this can take up to 14 days. The refund will be placed on the original payment method if possible. For cash payments, we transfer back via SEPA transaction.

Late or missing refunds:

IF you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account to be sure. Contact your credit card company or PayPal as it might take some time before the payment is official posted. If there is no known payment coming in, contact us at info@dutchcollar.com.

Sale items:

Items on sale can be refunded at sale prices, some sale items may not be refundable at all. This will be displayed at the sale item’s description.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you want to Exchange an item for a different size item, it is only possible within the 14 periods and the item must remain the same type. To exchange items contact us at Info@dutchcollar.com

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to Oostzijde 289, 1508EN, Zaandam, The Netherlands.

You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs will only be refunded for Dutch costumers. It is possible to use UPS to return the shipment, contact us about returning via UPS. You will be charged for the shipment and you will receive a barcode and instructions on shipping once the invoice is paid.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

IF you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item
